My counselling experience/special interest is in abuse, addiction(s), anxiety, parenting issues, depression, general counselling, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, sexuality, stress, and relationships.
My theoretical approach is psychodynamic. I do solution-focused brief therapy and open-ended work.
Counselling can help you have an objective look at your circumstances so that you can explore and focus on difficult problems, recognise the root of your anxiety, and identify goals and objectives.
My fees are £30 per counselling hour.
